. Our Ethos
As a club we recognise the importance of providing footballing and social opportunities for local players, and in return require some support from all our club members. To ensure we deliver this we have developed 3 key documents:
Our "Club Ethos" giving an overview of our approcah and purpose
Our "Club Charter", giving some practical steps that are implemented across our teams to support the delivery of our ethos
Our "Parents, Guardians and Supporters Expectations", giving guidance to parents and guardians of young players, setting out both what they can expect from us, but also what the club require in return.
Our Ethos
We are an inclusive and friendly club that provides football to children of all ages and abilities in a safe and nurturing environment.
We coach our players and our teams to be the best they can be, to play with purpose and skill, but above all else to have fun and enjoy the game.
We want all our players to play fairly with respect for coaches, teammates, opposition and referees and to develop skills they can use on and off the pitch.
We want our players to develop a lifelong love of sport, a passion for being active and a desire to be a positive member of a team.
FA Codes of Conduct: In addition to our internal club resources, we expect all coaches, players and parents to abide by the relevant Football Association Codes of Conduct when taking part in or watching any matches or training sessions run by our club.
